After acquiring a three-block tract of land adjacent to the campus,
Georgia Tech engaged
STRATUS to help develop a vision to energize
new and emerging programs and stimulate economic and cultural
development in the surrounding community. By engaging academic
leadership, faculty, community leaders and other stakeholders,
STRATUS was able to identify various opportunities to form critical
connections between existing programs and community services.
The $150 million first phase has been approved and will be funded
independent of the State.
