The College has the opportunity to take the lead in creating a joint-development project involving the College, the City and a Medical Center located in a two-block area in Glendale. STRATUS has been engaged by the College to create an integrated, vision- and program-driven development plan for the project. The Development Plan will identify program and physical elements that will benefit all parties; create synergy among the various project elements; generate buy-in and support of all stakeholders; and, help attract resources. It will also serve as a Case Statement that can be used to request funding for additional planning and implementation of the project.
