In Spring 2008, Los Angeles Valley College engaged STRATUS to assist in creating a comprehensive, implementable Educational Master Plan to drive future development of the College and to respond to specific questions posed by the District. STRATUS guided the College through a highly collaborative planning process that resulted in strategies to strengthen student recruitment; basic skills; student support and success; partnerships with the local community; and articulation with the local four-year colleges and universities. The plan also includes an outline of the facilities needed to realize the goals and objectives in the LA Valley Educational Master Plan.
