LMU called STRATUS to assess the opportunity of acquiring the adjacent 300,000 SF Hughes- Raytheon Corporate Headquarters facility. STRATUS met with campus leaders, assessed the academic and campus development potential of the facility, determined space requirements for the candidate programs, and modeled alternative scenarios. LMU purchased the facility for $75 Million.
