As part of a comprehensive campus master planning initiative, STRATUS was engaged by Norco Campus to develop an Educational Master Plan. This Educational Master Plan came at a unique time in the history of Norco Campus as it prepared to become an independent college of the multi-campus Riverside Community College District. The STRATUS team embarked on an open and collaborative planning process with key constituents on the campus and in the community to develop a comprehensive plan that would set the framework and guide the future direction of the Campus. The plan included an assessment of the long-term enrollment plans for the college and the facilities needed to accommodate future growth.
