Campion Hall, an almost
eighty year old mixed-use
academic facility was nearing
the end of its useful life without major renovation.
STRATUS
was engaged by a project
building committee to study
the feasibility of a replacement
facility for the performing arts,
social sciences, and student
business services.
STRATUS
studied the university-wide
implications of a new facility,
researched and conducted site visits of national best practice models for
student business services, arts and social science facilities, and
performing arts theatres.
STRATUS then created a preliminary space
model that was applied to seven different implementation strategies, and
provided comprehensive budgets for each of the strategies.
