STRATUS developed a ten-year master space plan for the University's most diverse college (30 departments and centers), which subsequently led to an initial campus capital commitment of $60 million. STRATUS designed and managed a planning process which weaved together academic plans, capital and operating budgets, best practice research, and input from department chairs, faculty and staff. The plan will result in a new undergraduate campus hearth and a dynamic, technology-infused teaching and learning environment.
