STRATUS created a comprehensive facility space program for a campus long range development plan. STRATUS used both traditional enrollment and budget-based planning parameters, combined with peer institution comparisons, and a comprehensive academic and community vision to create a uniquely defensible space model. In addition to guiding future campus development, the LRDP will articulate a development agreement with the external community.
