STRATUS was engaged by University leadership to create a plan for planning a student services environment that would serve a projected doubling of the student population over the next 10 years. STRATUS facilitated vision-building workshops with University vice chancellors, researched and conducted national site visits to distinguished student service environments, and identified necessary resources and steps to articulate the Student Services Plan.
