Working from an existing plan, STRATUS led a high-consultative process that resulted in an updated and enhanced Educational Master Plan for Ventura College. That plan, in turn, drove a facilities plan that helped guide decisions regarding a set of capital projects that remedied inadequate educational facilities, which limited pedagogy and innovation. STRATUS also helped design a funding strategy. The result is enhanced academic quality and a renewed campus image—all reflecting the College’s Educational Master Plan.
