STRATUS served as higher education consultant for the Bond Measure S and statefunded capital program. In this role, STRATUS consulted with each of the three colleges in the District to defi ne the highest and best use of limited bond funds, and to write eff ective case statements for additional state funds. Using a consultative process that respected each college’s unique culture, STRATUS analyzed, developed, or completed each college’s educational plan; analyzed existing space utilization and needs; and created project defi nition reports for more than thirty projects valued over $400 Million. STRATUS also assisted the District by developing 5 and ten year capital plans.
