In January 2008, the Yosemite Community College District retained STRATUS to address key issues as it planned to open or expand four off -campus sites: the educational focus of the sites so that each would be responsive to regional needs and be distinctive; how, collectively, the campuses could strengthen the District as a whole; how the centers should connect and collaborate with the main campuses; and the student support programs needed to ensure student success. STRATUS developed a series of recommendations that addressed overall needs of the District as well as provided recommendations for each of the educational sites.
